Lillet Spritz

This baby I only discovered this summer! Such a gorgeous French apéritif.

Super easy to make the below makes two!

250ml Lillet

250ml Fever Tree tonic

Large ice cubes

Serve with a wedge of grapefruit & a sprig of Thyme

G&T

This stunning gin is one of my favs!

Is there anything better then a crisp, cold G&T in the summer?

50ml Griffiths Brothers Gin

Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic to taste

Raspberries and thyme to garnish

Strawberry Daiquiri

This one here is the perfect cheat, its from K’S Cocktails and delicious!

I work with K’s cocktails but I was a client long before we worked together, her cocktails are on another level!

But if you are making one yourself…

500g strawberries (fresh or frozen) blended

100ml rum if you fancy a twist use the epic RedLeg banana rum!

Juice of half a line

2 tbsp sugar syrup

Place all the ingredients together and shake well.

Cello Fizz

A cocktail designed by us at home!

50ml Limoncello! Our fav is Blackfords its delicious!

50ml Fever Tree Blood Orange Soda

Ice and a sprig of thyme to finish

Rosé Sangria

This is such a refreshing drink! The recipe below makes a jug and like all sangria batch make and then enjoy with friends and loved ones!

One bottle of Rosé two of my favs are perfect for this drink Mirabeau Pure Rose and Whispering Angel.

75ml of Chambord

Juice of half a lemon

Mix together in the jug and with sliced lemon, strawberries, a handful of raspberries and some mint.
